Made to Order

Most of our pieces are made to order. If you need a piece for a specific date or occasion, please email us before placing your order to ensure it can be sent in time. In-stock items can generally ship within 2 business days.

Custom Orders

We will carefully consider all custom requests- use the contact form to get in touch.

Shipping

We ship most items via Canada Post. Tracking is included for items shipping within Canada. If you would like tracking on your international order, please contact us before placing your order and we will happily send you a quote. 

We cannot be responsible for international orders that are lost, damaged, or delayed.

Returns

Please note that due to the handmade nature of these items, returns are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, or if you feel it is not as it was portrayed, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving the product and we will do our best to make it right. All sale items as well as custom orders are final sale. No refunds are given on shipping.

If you notice something wrong with your product, please contact us immediately with pictures detailing the problem as well as a description.
